Catered Lunches

  

Buffet-style with eco-friendly disposables; guests choose 2 from each category where applicable: 

  • Bites/Sides:      Fish Croquettes, Chicken Wings, French Fries, House Mashed Potatoes.
  • Soups/Salads:      House Salad, Garden-Fresh Tomato Soup.
  • Burgers:      Choice of Original Copa Burger or Falafel Burger (served with basic toppings).
  • Mains:      Lamb Meatballs or Hunter’s Chicken.
  • Desserts:      Chocolate Cake or Sundae Special.

Standard Package

  

Menu Selections (family-style or plated service with optional linens;      guests choose 3 from each category where applicable): 

  • Bites/Sides:      Stuffed Mushrooms, Salmon Bites, Sliders Tray, Smothered Garlic Bread,       Roasted Cauliflower, Potato Gratin with Mushroom.
  • Soups/Salads:      LI Clam Chowder, Butternut Squash Soup, House Salad.
  • Burgers:      Choice of Copa Burger, Jaegers Burger, or Falafel Burger (with gourmet       toppings like aioli or pickled veggies).
  • Mains:      Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp Florentine, or Hunter’s Chicken.
  • Desserts:      Tiramisu, Almond Fondant Cake, or Caffee Gourmand.

Tapas Casual

  

6-8 pieces per person, passed on trays or at self-serve stations; select      4-6 items total from the menu: 

  • Main  Tapas: Fish Croquette bites, Stuffed Mushroom caps, Salmon Bites on skewers, Mini Sliders from the tray, Chicken Wing drumettes, Smothered Garlic Bread crostini, French Fry cups, Roasted Cauliflower florets, Lamb Meatball Skewers.
  • Soups/Salads       (as mini cups/shooters): House Salad cups, LI Clam Chowder,  Garden-Fresh Tomato Soup, Butternut Squash Soup.
  • Burgers       (as minis): Lamb Sliders, Copa Original, Mini Falafel bites.
  • Desserts       (as petit fours): Mini Chocolate Cake squares, Tiramisu, Chocolate Cake.

Tapas Standard

Tapas-style:      10-12 pieces per person, with themed stations like a "seafood bar" or "grill station"; select 8-10 items total from the      menu): 

  • Bites/Sides       (as tapas): Salmon Bites with dipping sauce, Sliders Tray minis,       Chicken Wings with assorted house glazes, Smothered Garlic Bread toasts, French Fries in cones, Roasted Cauliflower with tahini drizzle, Potato Gratin with Mushroom in ramekins, House Mashed Potato cups.
  • Soups/Salads       (as mini portions): Butternut Squash Soup shooters, House Salad       skewers or cups, LI Clam Chowder tasters.
  • Burgers (as minis): Mini Jaegers Sliders, Sauced Lamb Sliders.
  • Mains       (as tapas): Shrimp Florentine stuffed leaves, Lamb Meatball pops, Chicken Parmesan crostini, Hunter’s Chicken skewers.

The food

Spiced lamb lasagna for the holiday season, with our rich garden gravy and ricotta/spinach.

    FULL MENU

    Starters

    Fish Croquettes

     Golden-brown herbal bites of white fish and creamy potatoes. Served with a zesty lemon aioli and a side of tangy pickled vegetables.  

    Stuffed Mushrooms

     Bella button caps filled with cheese and herbs.  

    Salmon Bites

    Skin-on crispy deep fried salmon cubes topped with julienne-cut fries, and served with COPA sauce.

    Falafel

    Crispy fried bites of ground chickpeas infused with herbal spice blend.  Served with tangy tahini.

    Chicken Wings

    Broiler-crisped chicken wings tossed in a choice of our spicy hunter’s sauce, or honey-sweetened crown cherry sauce.  Served with celery sticks and a choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

    Smothered Garlic Bread

      Fresh baked Italian-style loaf toasted with garlic butter, smothered with caramelized onions and hunter’s sauce.

    French Fries

     Double-fried crispy French fries with flaky salt. 


    Soups/Salads

    Long Island Clam Chowder

     Tender clams and potatoes in a silky and rich tomato-cream broth. Served with croutons.

     Slow roaster butternut squash blended with a rich and hearty bone broth with hints of herbs and spice.

    Lamb Burger

    Juicy lamb patty served on a buttery sesame seed bun with fresh feta cheese, spinach, tomato, and banana peppers. 

    Jaegers Burger

    Our house Copa Burger smothered in earthy and spiced hunter's sauce topped with brie cheese and arugula on a pretzel bun.

    All-beef patty with our special blend of spices served on a buttery sesame seed bun with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and house pickles.  

    Falafel Burger

    Patty of our falafel blend pan-seared on buttery sesame seed bun with Swiss cheese and tangy tahini sauce.


    Mains

    Lamb Meatballs

    Savory and balanced lamb meatballs served in our signature zingy cream COPA sauce, along with sea-broth risotto drizzled over with a honey bourbon glaze.

    Shrimp Florentine

     Fresh and tender shrimp sautéed with tomato and spinach, served in a creamy white sauce with pasta. 

    Chicken Parmesan

     Breaded golden brown whole chicken breast braised with herbal mozzarella and pecorino romano in our rich Italian-style garden gravy. Served with a large hand-made spinach and ricotta ravioli. 

    Hunter’s Chicken

     Chicken quarter braised in an aromatic mushroom and tomato sauce. Served with sauteed greens andm roasted wedge-cut potatoes. 


    Seasonal Specials

    Lamb and Ricotta Lasagna

    Full tray of spiced lamb lasagna with our garden tomato gravy, layered with hand-made pasta sheets and ricotta/spinach.


    Desserts

    Almond Fondant Cake

      

    · Rich and sweet almond-flour cake with a molten milk chocolate center, drizzled over with a cream of sweet corn.

    Chocolate Cake

     Slice of rich and velvety chocolate, served with strawberry syrup and cream.
